You can request to reschedule your shipment if your order has not yet shipped. Follow these steps to change your shipment date with Simple Smart Science.

How to Request a Shipment Reschedule

Email support@simplesmartscience.com or call 888-503-2911. Include your name and email address and the new date you would like your shipment to be sent.

Wait for confirmation

You will receive an email once your shipment has been successfully rescheduled.

Shipment can only be rescheduled before it has shipped. Once shipped, changes are not possible. For urgent requests, contact support as soon as possible.
